<p>He searched this recipe from www.ladvaibhavi.com .. and asked me to make it .. though he does not have any idea about the taste .. he just read the name and thought of eating it &#8230; tht&#8217;s how he is&#8230;</p>
<p>He was actually not talking to me for some stupid reason from half an hour .. but since he learnt tht I am making something new .. he has started being cute to me.. lol&#8230; this is one of the reasons why I love him.. to make him talk to you .. you just need to give him something to eat .. lol</p>
<p>Well I am sure the Sheera is tasty .. I have kept it to set in a plate &#8230;</p>
<p>BTW here is the recipe</p>

<p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Ingredients</span>:</strong></p>
<p>•    Rava                 1 cup<br />
•    Mango              1<br />
•    Sugar                1/2 cup<br />
•    Ghee                 1/4 cup<br />
•    Milk                  1 cup<br />
•    Water                1 cup<br />
•    Kaju-kismis      1 tsp<br />
•    Elaichi powder  1/2 tsp</p>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Method</strong></span><strong>:</strong></p>
<p>1.    Mix water and milk and put to boil.<br />
2.    Peel mango and cut in cubes.<br />
3.    Heat ghee in a pan and fry rava till light golden over the low flame.<br />
4.    Add  boiled milk and water and cover the pan for 2 min.<br />
5.    Now add sugar,kaju-kismis,elaichi powder and mango cubes.<br />
6.    Mix well and again cover the pan for 2-3 min.<br />
7.    Mango sheera is ready</p>
<p>I have sprinkled Milk Masala which we get in market that has almond , Elaichi, etc&#8230; on the top of it &#8230;</p>

<li>Wash palak, put it in a pot,add salt and water, boil until just soft. Keep aside.</li>
<li> Heat 1 tbsp butter in another pot, add jeera, garlic, cinnamon, green chillies, and onions, braise till garlic and onions turn golden brown. Put this in grinder with boiled palak (dont throw away the water in which the palak is boiled, you can use it for grinding or cooking). Grind into smooth paste.</li>
<li> Heat the remaining butter in a pot, add palak and paneer cubes, reduce the heat and cook for 15 mins.</li>
<li> Add milk, and cook again for 10 mins till thick.</li>
<li> Garnish with onion rings and slitted green chillies.</li>
<li> Serve with jeera rice or parathas.</li>

<ol>
<li>Put refined oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and garlic pieces into it.</li>
<li>When they turn pink in colour, add onions.</li>
<li>Cook then on a low flame for about 15-20 min, until they turn into reddish pink colour.</li>
<li>Then add coriander powder and turmeric powder in it.</li>
<li>Then add tomato puree and cook it for another 10 minutes.</li>
<li>Then add salt, red chili powder and garam masala into it.</li>
<li>Then add milk and malai into it.</li>
<li>After 4-5 min, add green peas into it and cover the pan. If peas were the frozen one, then they will get<br />
cooked easily, otherwise, you can also boil them before adding them into this gravy.</li>
<li>After 15-20 min, Mutter malai is ready to serve.</li>
<li>Add fresh green coriander leaves cut into small pieces over it.</li>

<p>This year Myself and Deep are Married &amp; together <span id="more-312"></span>&#8230;and as other things .. this is My First Monsoon after Marriage &#8230; 100% we are gonna enjoy this Monsoon .. and why not .. we  were waiting for this day since past 2 years &#8230;and here we are &#8230;going to Goa in this month.. yippeeee&#8230;.</p>

</strong></span></p>
<p>1.   Blanch all the green leafy vegetables and grind them into a paste together.</p>
<p>2.   Add oil to the pan, add cloves, cardomom,cinnamon,jabitri and sauté them.</p>
<p>3.   Later add ginger and garlic paste and sauté for few seconds.</p>
<p>4.   Later add the chopped onions and slitted green chilies and sauté them till the onions become<br />
transparent.</p>
<p>5.   Then add the green leafy paste to the pan, mix well, allow it to cook for few minutes until the boils<br />
appear.</p>
<p>6.   Later add the rice and mix well. Then add water, salt and mix well and cover the pan with a lid.</p>
<p>7.   Allow it to cook ,after the rice is cooked, garnish it with coriander.</p>

<p>My In laws are mad after Sweets.. so this sunday I made this sweet called &#8220;ROYAL TREAT&#8221;.. as usual I found it from Khanakhazana&#8230;. and added my own stuff in the recipe <img src='http://www.meghasays.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_wink.gif' alt=';)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
<p>first of all.. take the original Recipe&#8230;and then read the after effects that I have mentioned &#8230;<span id="more-309"></span></p>
<blockquote><p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Ingredients</strong></span></p>
<p>•    1 cup almonds (roasted)<br />
•    1 cup pistachios (roasted)<br />
•    1 cup cashews (roasted)<br />
•    3 cups dry dates<br />
•    3 cups sugar (powder)<br />
•    1/3 cup pistachio (powder)<br />
•    2 gms saffron (powder)<br />
•    1 tbsp ghee</p>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Directions</strong></span></p>
<p>1. Mix saffron and sugar powder and keep aside.</p>
<p>2. Boil water and put dates in it and cook until the dates become soft.</p>
<p>3. Take out the dates and grind it dry.</p>
<p>4. Fry it in ghee in a heavy bottomed pan.</p>
<p>5. Chop almond, cashews and pistachios into slices.</p>
<p>6. Make a mixture by adding all the above ingredients.</p>
<p>7. Grease a plate with ghee and spread the above mixture on it evenly and sprinkle some<br />
pistachios<br />
and almond slices over it. Leave to set for some time.</p>
<p>8. When set firmly, cut into diamond shaped pieces or into squares as desired.</p></blockquote>
<p>and now&#8230;. what i did with this recipe&#8230;</p>
<p>All the ingredients plus milk&#8230; cut all the dry fruits..grind 1/3 part of the dry fruits  &#8230; add Sugar and Saffron powder &#8230;. add half cup milk.. and mix everything&#8230;grease a plate with ghee and spread the mixture on it evenly.. keep it for a day &#8230; when set firmly, cut into square shaped pieces&#8230;</p>
<p>The after effects of this sweets are</p>
<p>1 - My Father In Law went and told his friend that I have made an amazing sweet..</p>
<p>2- My Husband shared the sweet with his Employee&#8230; even they liked it .. haha..</p>
<p>so just try it &#8230;.</p>
