Aloo Paratha

No, Thr is no Aloo Paratha Recipe here…

Thr was a Draft in my control pannel since long, named Aloo Paratha, where i had actually put a recipe of Aloo Paratha, but because of my lazyness and busy schedule i couldnt post it , it was just copy pasted from my notepad to draft, but the formting was pending.. and finally i deleted it today…

At this moment also … i am feeling sleepy & lazy to even write this post, but i am trying and forcing my best to become active and keep posting here …

Hope i get some time for myself … and start posting again … i see my last post on Dec 31, 2009 and after tht its being stretched….

Its not that i have nothing to write … i have lots and lots to write .. but but but … “chalega” … word has entered in my lifes dictionary and made it worst ..

Chalo .. ‘Der Aae, Durust Aae‘ …

Mango Sheera

I just made Mango Sheera for My Husband … on his demand ..

He searched this recipe from .. and asked me to make it .. though he does not have any idea about the taste .. he just read the name and thought of eating it … tht’s how he is…

He was actually not talking to me for some stupid reason from half an hour .. but since he learnt tht I am making something new .. he has started being cute to me.. lol… this is one of the reasons why I love him.. to make him talk to you .. you just need to give him something to eat .. lol

Well I am sure the Sheera is tasty .. I have kept it to set in a plate …

• 4 cups Palak
• 1 cup water
• Salt
• 1 cup Paneer(cubes)
• 2 tsps jeera
• 3 sticks cinnamon
• 2 tbsp butter
• 1 big onion (sliced)
• 1/4 cup milk

• 1/2 cup fresh cream (malai)
• 1/2 cup milk
• 1 onion cut into small pieces
• 2 tomatoes, either cut or pureed
• 2 tablespoon ginger grated
• 2 tablespoon garlic cut into small pieces
• 2 tablespoon refined oil
• 1 tablespoon cumin seeds
• 1 tablespoon coriander powder
• salt to taste
• Red chili to taste
• 1 table spoon garam masala
• 3/4 spoon of turmeric powder
