Punjab has more number of boys than girls. Girls are largely unwanted in Punjab and the abortion of female fetuses is a routine occurrence, the sex ratio in Punjab is around 798 females per 1,000 males.
- A couple had left a 2 days Baby Girl between 2 walls that does not have place for even air  to pass through it , the baby by God’s grace had been found and is safe. Her parents left  her and ran away from their, police is in search for her parents.

- A couple had left their 3 baby girls alone on road for God knows what reason.

- Another couple had also left new born 3 baby girls and ran away, the kids at the moment are with doctors and their is a family who want to adopt these girls , but they will get these kids once the babies are perfectly all right, as one of the baby is not well..

This is just so annoying that even today people are so orthodox, so idiotically dumb, insane, moron, mindless creatures that they want a baby boy and they feel ashamed telling people that we have a baby Girl and not a Boy.
Why can’t these people think once that their birth was possible because of female only.
The fact that my uncle and aunties never wanted me to be born as baby Girl also irritates me and makes me curse them on their face, what I can not do just because they are my family…
The fact that I am in a family where my Paternal Uncle and Maternal Grand Mother wanted to kill me even after I was born..
Even though people were constantly again and again saying we don’t want baby girl, we don’t want baby girl, my parents gave birth to me and kept me alive, saying so what if we have baby girl, it doesn’t make any difference if we have baby boy or girl.

All these things makes me hate people who don’t like to have a baby girl and all this makes me say “I am the happiest GIRL in the world” All those parents and families who love a boy Child an not a GIRL should be punished by the law so that they do not make such mistakes again.
“I wish all those Women and Families never get a child who wish to get a baby Boy and not a Baby Girl.”
And lastly, I wish all girls get parents like I have got. I am proud on my self as well as them for being always with me.

There are barbaric idiots all around to all sort of such things. Additionally, even our customs are to be blamed which puts a lot of pressure on a girl’s parents, especially during and after marriage.
Anyway, this all will change slowly. Now when the number of females will be less, they will be in more demand
and only those who act reasonably will get a bride
